This topper is amazing just the way it is. That said, I love the 3D effect so I printed this card twice so I could cut out the frame to create the look I wanted.

I printed this card onto good quality card stock but you could also use a good quality photo paper. When put together, I mounted the topper onto a good quality card stock. However you decide to make this topper, it will be a hit with family or friends.
