CHRISTMAS TIME WISHES

This topper is quick and easy to make. I printed the card onto good quality photo paper, cut out the decoupage pieces then used mounting tape to create the 3D effect.
When this was done I mounted the topper onto good quality card stock.
Whoever receives these cards will wonder how you made such an awesome card and will surely be pleased.
