I printed and cutout the sheet, then I added the base onto the card with DST, the topper I added with DST and foam pads.

Is added foam pads doubled up onto the card each side to hold the page up a bit and then in the middle of the topper I added DST to hold the spine onto the middle of the card, the cutout spine I added on with foam pads, to finish off I added glitter
