I put the card topper design sheet in my Printmaster to create a card with. I found these dogs on a royalty free clip art site and added them to the card top (perfect background).

I printed twice on photo paper and cut out main card and backed it.

From the 2nd sheet I cut out the dogs and added to main card using s gel. I used the same them for the inside see picture below. I did have to erase the label in paint and add my own statement to that. I love the results. keep these type of designs coming!
