This is a beautiful design to use just as is but I wanted to add some dimension to my card so I printed the design twice on matte phot paper.

From the first print I carefully cut just the train frame - KEEP THE REST, as they form the base layer. From the 2nd print I cut the middle frame and my chosen greeting.

Using wet glue I stuck the base layer to my card - line up the top and the left side, remembering that the bottom and right side are overlapped with your next layer. While still wet place the middle frame on top to make sure that you have kept everything lined up.

I used 1mm foam under the middle frame and greeting, and 2mm foam under the train frame.

A quick and easy way to add maximin layers with minimum printing.

Gorgeous card for Christmas or, change the greeting and it could be for people who will be travelling by train on holiday or just for a train enthusiast friend.
