I covered an A5 card with a sheet of lilac pearl paper,then printed this image out twice onto decoupage paper,mounted one image to the card,and with the second image i cut out the candles and flowers to decoupaged up the main image,then added some yellow glitter to the flames,and a dot of crystal glitter to the sparkles on the flowers.
