I PRINTED THIS ART WORK ONTO CARD STOCK TWICE. I CUT THEM BOTH OUT AND USED STICKY PADS TO DO THE DECOUPAGE. I USED A DIFFERENT BACKGROUND. I CUT THAT TO FIT THE BLANK CARD. I GLUED IT TO THE BLANK CARD.
I LINED THE DECOUPAGE WITH BLACK PAPER THEN GLUED IT ALL TO THE BACKGROUND. I USED DIFFERENT BRANDS OF GLITTER.
