I cut out the topper and fixed it to a 8x8 inch white card with DS tape. I then cut out the decoupage layers and attached them to the topper using 2mm and 1mm foam pads. To finish the card I put a holographic border around the card and added the greeting.
Result - A great card for a lady or a man.
