I printed the sheet onto matt photo paper and cut out all the elements. I mounted the main image onto a silver mat and built up the decoupage using foam pads. Then the completed topper was mounted onto another mat layer and then to my a5 card blank.

The card was then decorated with glitter and glossy accents. This is such an easy and quick card to make.
