Oriental Lily Fancy Bracket A4 Picture Topper Sheet
This A4 sheet is for making a A4 card topper or picture. You can either just simply print out and stick to your card or picture, or print a couple of times and make your own decoupage.
Sized very slightly smaller then A4, just enough to matt n' layer on to your project. Please cut the small tab away before use, this does not affect the picture.

Printed two copies on matte photo paper. I cut out the first image and mounted it onto an aqua card, then cut out a second one around the inner frame design and also cut out the oval.
I mounted this onto the base with 3-D pads, then cut out the waterlilies and added those with silicone gel.
Added a gold peel-off border, outlined the oval with aquamarine glitter glue and added a few tiny dabs of gold glitter in the flower centers.
This is a gorgeous design!
