Paris Banner A4 Card FrontCompleted by Christine Young

Hello!

I took the black card and measured two strips of beige lace and fastened it to the edge and spine of the card securing it at the back and with DST fixed it to the actual card. I then printed out two smaller designs of the tower and the grey metallic BS. I then laminated the sheets. I cut out the backing sheet to the size I want and added DST to the back and fixed it to the card.

I then cut out 1 design leaving a white border which I scalloped the edges. Then I cut out the 2nd design and used this as a stacking layer.

which I added Foam DST to the backs of both designs and I layered them on top of one another then added to the BS. to Finish the card I made two tags Happy Retirement and With All my love. I added some gemstones to the BS and on

the design I put 4 stones on the Paris banner and one at the top of the tower.
