This card is so cute! I printed out the sheets on premium 110 super white card stock and on gloss premium photo paper. I cut out the pieces and used foam spacers to create the 3D effect.

I adhered it to a piece of teal card stock and punched the corners for added effect. I love the look of combining gloss and matte papers to really show off the beauty of the card.
