Printed onto Gloss Photo paper. I cut out the Topper and used DST to attach it to a White scalloped edge card. Used Pink glittery Stick on edging around the edges of Topper. I used some Crystal Glitter on Parts if the Flowers.
This is an amazing design and makes into a great card.
