St. Patricks Day 4 - 6x6 inch topper with decoupageCompleted by Elena Pavlova

I printed the sheet onto heavy weight card paper. I cut out all elements and decoupaged them using thin foam tape. I glued it onto the matching color backing paper and then onto the base card. I also added some drops with gold ink following the original design.
