GIRL WITH HEART BALLOONSCompleted by Shelagh E Osborn Wright

I printed the lovely design twice, adding digital numbers (17) first. I cut out the main image and the centre panel from the second copy to layer. I matted the main image to fuschia silk paper and attached to a scalloped cardblank with double sided tape.

I layered with 2 mm foam tape and embellished with black diamond glitter glue. I finished with a Happy Birthday and To a Special grand daughter labels added with foam tape.
