I mounted the background image onto red cardstock then onto a white 7x5 card. I cut out the extra images and adhered them on with foam dots. I then added pink glitter pen to the red dots on the dress, wheels, shoes and lips.

And then embellished with a couple of layered flowers and some red pearls.
