Happy Birthday at 40Completed by Lizzys Cards

Printed this art deco style 40th birthday topper onto glossy photo paper, I rounded the corners of the topper before attaching to a scalloped cream 8 in x 6 in card, I carefully cut out the decoupage and attached with foam pads and attached to the card.

I added my own insert to a lovely card
