Used a Dovecraft 5" x 7" gold metallic card. Attached the decoupage with d/s tape and tacky glue. Added extra 3D squares under the Happy Birthday banner to create a raised effect. Glued 6mm white, baby pink and cerise iridescent pearls in opposite corners. Added assorted pearls on the background.
