Printed out twice onto Gloss Photo Paper. I cut around the edges of one, and using DST I attached the Topper to a Pink Matte. I then used DST to stick, to a White Scalloped edge card.

I cut the Teddy and sentiment from the 2nd sheet.and using Foam Pads I attached it the to card as Decoupage, I stuck some tiny Pearls on the Bow, and put dabs of Crystal Glitter on the flowers.

This is such a very pretty Design.
