Floral Fashion Topper 7Completed by Diane Vermeer

Printed A5 size on Gloss Photo Paper. After cutting around edges, I used DST to attach the Topper to a white card. I used Stickles Diamond Glitter on aspects of the flowers and the pendant around neck. I put silver stick on edging around the card.
