Pretty Vintage Flower Hat on a Stand A4Completed by Sheila Pickering

I printed two sheets onto 200g paper, reversing one of the sheets and cut out. Cutting all the white part out to. I then applied acetate to the back of sheet one and the backing paper, which i used a sheet from cup592792_2166.

I then attached the reverse sheet to the front using wet glue. I attached another sheet from cup 592790_2166 to the back of the card to make it more sturdy. I finished of by embellishing the front with stickles and Perlen pens. was fun to do and very pretty when it was finished
