Copied Twice on A4, glossy photo paper. Matted base card, using d.s.t. to pale blue card stock and added a ribbon with a double bow. Cut out some decoupage from the second copy and layered using d.s.foam tabs. Added Liquid Pearls and Stickle's Waterfall glitter.
