I printed the main image onto Matte photo paper and the 3-d pieces onto 160gsm white card. I attached the main background to an A5 white card with ds tape. I added the 3-d elements with foam sticky pads.
I added iridescent glitter to the top of the fan and the lady's bodice. I then used an ombre technique to end the dress train in gold glitter
