I love this card, Karen - I printed it out twice, raised the lace edge, top bow, the cute chic & Happy Birthday.
I added clear gems down the lace and black gems in the center of each dot on scalloped edge.
I mounted this sheet on black/white dots DP, framed with tiny edge of black, then on Silver. Oh I had fun with this one!
