Lillie in Paris - 7x5 inch topper with decoupageCompleted by Shirley Taylor

Used 5" x 7" white card. Glued 6mm coral, yellow and sea green iridescent pearls on the opposite corners. Added extra 3D squares under the Happy Birthday banner to create a raised effect. Attached Dovecraft red glitter glue on the roses and 2mm gold pearls on the dress.

Attached the matching insert inside the card with ds tape and glued the matching motifs on the back of the design.
