Print onto 200GSM cardstock or photopaper. Cut out all pieces and attach main card front to blank card with DST or Glue. Stic decoupage layers on using 3D Foam tape.

I printed onto matte photo paper and mounted onto a 7x7 card blank with one of the designs from cup 856888_2246 as a frame.
I used glue gel for the decoupage elements, added glossy accents to the eyes and nose and finished with card candy.
What a great fun design!
