Happy Birthday scooter

For this card I cut a frame in red and 3 circles down the side. I have inserted the rings to make the bullseye decoration and added a thin blue panel line'. I added the main scooter design with double sided tape and then decoupaged up the scooter once. This will make an idea card for a mod young or older. This card measures 200mm x 200mm (approx 8'' sq).
