This is a very nice card and I used the Son sentiment to make this one up as I haven't got any birthday cards with son on for sale.

I printed this design out onto good quality glossy photo paper and cut out the elements. I then used Double -sided glue tape to attach the base picture to the blue card. I then attached the decoupage pieces using the 2mm double-side foam squares and placed them over the top of the original picture.
