KEEPING TRIM AT THE GYMCompleted by Yanas Creative Pastimes

I printed this sheet onto 160gsm card and cut out the individual elements. A square of mustard card with ingrain wood design was layered onto a 7x7 base card. The main image was then DST on top of the mustard card.

Each element of decoupage was layered using foam pads to give the card a 3D effect. Plenty of sentiments to choose from finishes the card design. Inside I used my own embellishment of a foiled saying 'Eat, Sleep, Gym, Repeat'. Perfect for a gym enthusiast.
