printed on matte card then printed cup443279_437 which is the decoupage sheet that goes with this card and assembled with foam squares.
I added black opal glitter on the black squares and glossy accents on the lights .
I printed this sheet several times onto good quality photo paper. I attached one to a card blank and added the others in corner stacker layers with foam pads. I also added a border.
