I printed the sheet and cut out the relevant pieces. Using double sided tape I stuck the flap on the shutters to the back of the picture then mounted the whole thing onto as square card blank that had a gold matted layer on it.

I added the decoupage bow and then a matching real ribbon bow. I also fixed brads on the shutter knobs for a realistic effect.
