I printed the design onto A4 270gsm glossy photo card, and matted and layered the base design using black card onto A4 red card.

I then decoupaged the printed layers onto the base design using 3D sticky black foam pads.

For added effect I personalised the card using road signs (some of which I had to create - using photoshop).

These were added with 3D black foam pads.
