I printed out sheet onto heavyweight matt photo-paper, cut out the "Happy Birthday" sentiment and attached it to the front of cup182994_695 with foam pads which had been attached to a white C5 landscape card, added decoupage with foam pads, and finished with the greetings tile.
A lovely set of all-occasion greetings tiles.
