I used the computer to add the 2013 on the silver banner. Then I printed the pattern onto a glossy photo paper, hand colored the 2013, and cut out the topper.

I cut around the oval and banner and used a high school scrapbook page of argyle multicolored and with gold design and used DST to attach the background and topper.

The insert will be matching the outer card.
