I enjoyed working with this file.

I printed the graphic twice on matt card stock.

I cut out the hat and cupcake and used foam pieces to create a 3-D effect.

I put a small amount of glitter glue to 'frame' the cupcake.

I adhered the piece to a white card base.

To have a matching set, I used cup403611_659 Cap and scroll backing sheet 1 on the outside of the envelope and included a strip on the inside left panel of the card. Simply delicious set!
