Print topper page onto 200GSM cardstock or photopaper.
Attach to blank card with DST or glue.
Cut and attach decoupage layers and sentiments with 3D Tape.
Sentiments included : Happy Birthday, Take time to smell the roses, Butterflies are beautiful just like you and When I gorwn up I want to be free like a Butterfly.
