This is an aperture type of topper and insert. Put the aperture onto your card front using either foam pads or doublesided tape and cut out the centre section.

You might cut the aperture section first and use that as a template to cut your card front.

Make sure to centre them. And with the insert, place this on the centre of the inside of your card. There are various sentiments for different occasions and a blank one for your own words
