I printed 2 copies of the sheet, cutting out the centre panel of one to create an extra dimension.

I used DST to attach the base image to a scallop-edged card blank then used glue gel to add the upper layer and my chosen sentiment and finished by adding 2 iridescent pink heart gems. .
