Wedding Car A4 Scallop Edge Card FrontCompleted by Rosina Walker

I printed some blue colour backing paper from another cup and mounted it to the inside right of the card,then closed the card and printed this image out twice, mounted the main image onto the card front,then used some from the second image to decoupage up the front,added dots of blue liquid pearls on to the bell clangers to give them more dimension.
