Score card on lines to each side of the center image. Print and cut out images. Ink edges with coordinating ink pad or marker for a finished look. Score to sides of image. Fold sides in for a French door look.

Apply door layers with foam tape cut into small pieces for a 3D effect. Apply a length of coordinating ribbon to the back with an adhesive, then write a note inside and tie ribbon to close the doors.
