Valentine Cutie Fan & Stand CardCompleted by Rosina Walker

I printed this image onto decoupage paper then cut it out ,i then mounted the fan to a firm piece of card stock and cut around it,i mounted the stand to a very firm card and also made it slightly bigger to take the weight of the embellishments,i glued fine pink feathers to the back,and stuck on another fan shape onto the feathers at the back to make it look good at the back where i printed a birthday text,as i have made this as a Birthday Card,i decoupaged up the front,added large clear gems around the top and a pink one either side.
