Happy Birthday
Cut out all pieces. Very carefully cut out the white semi circles. Thread ribbon through the holes. Secure with adhesive. Stick card front onto A5 card. Decoupage the given elements. Add ribbon bow at the top of the ribbon lacing to finish off.
A pretty plaque decorated with flowers, white and gold flourishes, blue ribbons and butterflies. The apertures get ribbon threaded through them and then you finish off with a pretty bow at the top. Instructions are on the sheet.

I printed the sheet on photopaper and cut out all the parts. I layered the elements whit foam pads and then I put some ribbon in the holes and on the ribbon I put some blue rhinestones and the scalloped card is stamp whit sky blue colour
