This sheet can be used in a variety of ways. The snow globe topper and decoupage could be layered on the front of the card. Alternatively, for a slightly different effect, cut out the hole in the card base.
Stick the 2nd snow globe topper inside the card and add your decoupage elements. Blank sentiment tag for your own greeting.
