Happy Birthday, Happy Mother's Day
This is an aperture card design for a birthday or Mother's day. Cut out the cetre where it indicates to cut out. Cut out your card the same. Place the full topper on the inside of your card.
The cut out will actually have a hole so you can see the insert. There are some pieces to decoupage the card with and some tags either for Mother's day or for a Birthday card.

I printed out sheet onto matt photo-paper, cut out and attached base to a white square card, added cut out topper on top of base with foam pads, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with a pink organza bow to spine.
A lovely design.
