To make this as an aperture card just cut away the pale blue panels behind the number 18, layer up the champagne, keys, 18, star and tags with foam pads for a stunning effect.
There is a blank label for the champagne and the 1995 label is for anyone celebrating this year. To accompany this design there is a matching champagne insert.

With this design i first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, i placed the main design base onto the front of a blue C5 card, i then made up the design, this i did using 2mm sticky pads, this is a terrific design for a lads 18th birthday, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done.
