Print the sheet out on quality cardstock and cut out. I used foam pads to decoupage and double sided tape for the rest of the card construction. I imported the sheet into a graphics program and printed "Happy Birthday" in on the dotted, center, in deeper pink.

I adhered the card topper to a blank, white card. A bright, fresh card to bring cheer to the Birthday girl.
