Although this is a background paper for a dog image, I actually used it for someone's birthday which is also on Halloween.

I printed the paper onto good quality card and mounted it using double sided tape onto a C6 black card.

I then stuck a mulberry paper silhouette of a witch and finished with a birthday banner. Bit quirky but effective.
