I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and attached it to a white square card to one side.
Next I matted a decoupaged topper I'd done (cup612491_1395) partially over it and towards the other side of the card.
I finished it with gold peel-off corners as shown. I will add the sentiment plaque when I decide on who the recipient will be. This is a great background, with the white spaces allowing the darker colours of the topper to be balanced nicely.
