I covered a DL card with this pretty paper and used it as a base for this cute little boy topper from sheet cup108103 - 4 Sweet Baby Boy Toppers.

I added 4 off the hearts from the sheet into the corners.

I printed some more copies of the topper so I could add some layers to the baby and added an extra duck at the bottom along with a couple of suitable peel offs which I had stuck to blue paper and cut out.
