I printed the design onto good quality 255gsm photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded the design as a stepper card. I attached a teddy topper to the left side of the stepper.

This image is from the Thomas Kinkade Paper Craft CD 3 Disc Set from Joanna Sheen. I added some elements and a greeting from my craft box to complete this lovely design.
